Halloween is almost here, and Sarasota has plenty of safe, family-friendly trick-or-treating spots for little witches, wizards, and superheroes. From haunted trails to waterfront candy walks, here’s where you and your kids can enjoy sweet treats and spooky fun this October.

🍬 Frightfully Fun Trick-or-Treat at UTC
📍 The Mall at University Town Center, Oct. 18 | 5:30–7:30 PM
Kick off spooky season at UTC! Kids can dress in costume and follow the trick-or-treat trail for candy, snap photos with Halloween characters, dance at the zombie party, and bounce around in inflatables.

🍭 Trick-or-Treat on the Lake
📍 Nathan Benderson Park, Oct. 28 | 5:30–8 PM
One of Sarasota’s biggest Halloween celebrations! Walk a candy trail with 50+ themed booths, explore a haunted trail for older kids, enjoy bounce houses, a pumpkin scavenger hunt, and a movie on the Jumbotron.

🎡 Haunted Trails at Arlington Park
📍 Oct. 24 | 5–6:30 PM
Arlington Park transforms into a haunted carnival with a half-mile trick-or-treat trail, carnival-style games, and spooky surprises. Free admission!

🖼 Halloween at The Ringling
📍 Oct. 31 | 4:30–7:30 PM
Enjoy trick-or-treating in the courtyard, Halloween-themed art, animations, and live entertainment. Food trucks will be on site, and admission is free with a canned food donation for All Faiths Food Bank.

🛍 Fright Night on St. Armands Circle
📍 Oct. 31 | 6–8:30 PM
St. Armands Circle turns into a haunted shopping plaza with decorated storefronts, costumed characters, and trick-or-treating throughout the circle.

🌴 Siesta Key Safe Treats
📍 Oct. 31 | 3–6 PM
Bring your kids to trick-or-treat with Siesta Key businesses. Participating shops will be marked with festive balloons. A fun, safe way to celebrate by the beach!
